What is a slot?
A slot is a single MT5 account connection. Each slot can be used as a master (signal source), follower (copies trades), or hedge account (for swap arbitrage). One slot handles one MT5 login.
Can I use different brokers?
Yes. NeuralFin supports any MT5 broker. You can copy trades between accounts on different brokers, and the symbol mapping feature handles different symbol names automatically.
What risk modes are available for trade copying?
Four modes: Fixed Lot (constant size), Lot Multiplier (scale master lots), Equity Percentage (risk-based sizing), and Mirror (match master lot exactly).
How does swap hedge arbitrage work?
The platform scans swap rates across your connected brokers, identifies pairs where the combined swap is positive, and can automatically open hedged positions (long on one broker, short on another) to earn the net swap differential.
What happens if I need more slots?
You can request a plan upgrade directly from your dashboard. Upgrades are reviewed and processed quickly. Enterprise plans offer unlimited slots.
Is my MT5 password secure?
MT5 credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-GCM in the database and Fernet encryption on the trading VM. Passwords are never stored in plaintext or exposed through the API.
